RETURN POLICY
All sales final
Should you have any issues with the condition of the product upon arrival, please let me know. Product quality and customer satisfaction is a top priority at Kickin R Silver.
We are not responsible for sizing mishaps. Please ensure the correct ring and bracelet size prior to purchase.
Damaged Items
Should an item be damaged upon arrival, it must be reported within 4 days once received.
We are not responsible for broken stones 14 days post-arrival.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled/changed once they are placed (with the exception of custom work). Please triple check your address and item info.
If a package is lost, please contact via kickinrsilver@yahoo.com to create a claim for your package. Items over $150 will be given a insurance for shipping.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If shipping carrier reports a package as delivered, a refund cannot be issued.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by mail carrier and will not refund shipping charge should a package arrive past the guaranteed ship date.
CUSTOM WORK POLICY
I will not recreate another artists work
Turnaround time for custom work is subject to change, varying from 3-5 weeks. Once a spot is purchased, please email or contact me with the exact details of your piece.
Purchasing a custom item spot goes towards the total cost of the item, while the total cost varies upon design, complexity, etc.
